Are you looking for a meaningful volunteer experience in Israel? Masa Israel Volunteers offers a unique six-week program based in Tel Aviv and Kiryat Gat, where participants make a real impact while immersing themselves in Israeli culture and society. This program allows you to support some of Israel’s most vulnerable communities.

Participants volunteer with Kefiada, a three-week English-speaking day camp for 4th–6th grade students from the Partnership region, including Kiryat Gat, Shafir, and Lachish. Through games, sports, arts and crafts, trips, and themed activity days, campers experience English in a fun and natural way. The program operates under Partnership2Gether (P2G) of the Jewish Agency and brings together Israeli teens and American counselors to create a meaningful international experience.

Beyond camp hours, counselors take part in social activities, team building, and special events, while American participants live with local host families for an authentic “home away from home.” The experience begins with a full orientation week and retreat, making Kefiada more than a camp—it’s an opportunity to lead, connect, and build lasting bridges between Israel and Jewish communities abroad.
